1) The effect on Water

On pictures next, Sample 1 is non-iradiated water, Sample 2 is the same water sample irradiated by a cell phone without protection and Sample 3 is the same water sample irradiated with the same cell phone protected with the Samples of water exposed to precursors (prototyping) of the nano-layers created by Dr. Lakicevic.

It is obvious that the nano-layer structure has balanced the imbalanced radiation which caused a beautiful balanced hexagonal water structure – the irrefutable proof of the effectiveness of the nano-layer structure.

2) The effect on Blood

Based on the teaching of Prof. Dr. G. Enderlein (1872-1968), known for his research and hypothesis on the pleomorphism of micro-organism, pleomorphism meaning the interaction of cells, viruses and bacteria with another and their transformation in different forms and discovery of the so called sickle cells (Pauling L, Itano HA, Singer SJ, Wells IC., Sickle cell anemia, a molecular disease. Science 110: 543 (1949). Dark-Field Microscopy is used in our Health and Prevention Center in Colombier (www.cpsinfo.ch) to observe and evaluate vital blood. Vital blood mean- ing a fresh drop of blood, right after it was taken from the tip of a finger. A magnification of up to 1000x allows to clearly observe the blood cells and their movements (red and white blood cells etc.). The effect of a high frequency magneto-electric field in the microwave range on red blood cells.

As we can see, the red blood cells are harmoniously arranged in this representative live blood sample, as observed under a dark-field microscope. Their structure is uniformly rounded and they move freely inside the sample.

Blood Affected by EMF

The red blood cells begin to change shape by taking a somewhat flattened shape (sickle cells); one can see a strong agglutination of the red cells. According to recent scientific results, electro-smog is divided into two main groups:

  1. thermal effect
  2. non-thermal effects

1. The thermal effect of E-Smog

In the case of thermal effects, there is no complete documentation defining exactly what is reasonable and for whom. Some measures have been defined, and limits determined.

These measures include:

  • The intensity of the electric field E, which is measured in volts / meter, abbreviated v / m.
  • The unit of measurement for the intensity of the magnetic field H which is the ampere per meter, abbreviated A / m.
  • The high frequency radiation density or surface density of power S which is measured in watts per square meter, or W / m2.

Unfortunately, size and measurement units are not used consistently in public discussion about thresholds. In particular, the surface density of power S is often given in different units of magnitude:

Example of other unit systems

  • Tesla (T) is an SI derived unit for magnetic flux density. The unit was named after Nikola Tesla at the General Conference of Weights and Measures (CGPM) in Paris in 1960.
  • The CGS electromagnetic unit system (EMU).
  • The CGS electrostatic unit (UES) system.
  • The Gaussian unit system and • the Heaviside-Lorentz unit system.

Specific absorption rate (SAR) is a measure of the rate at which energy is absorbed by the human body when exposed to a radio frequency (RF) electromagnetic field. It can also refer to absorption of other forms of energy by tissue, including ultrasound.

2. Non-thermal effects of the electro-smog

With the diversity of possible biological effects from a non-thermal point of view, research in this field can not yet be considered complete. Among these are changes in the properties of cell membranes, receptors and chromosomes, signal transmission, cerebral activity, reaction time, sleep patterns and mental condition, as well as carcinogenic potential. .

In the case of electromagnetic fields, different effects are possible depending on the intensity or the frequency of the field, and a possible modulation or pulsation, as in the case of GSM mobile telephony, can also play a role. This makes a generalization of previously found results virtually impossible and pushes researchers to focus on a specific application, which makes the most sense for their goals, as part of their research. Generally, the conditions of use of mobile phones with high transmission power are accepted since in this case, the most probable biological effects are presumed. On the other hand, the serious scientific studies which, by comparison, focus on the weak fields of the mobile telephony antennas, constitute an exception.

Most health disorders, publicly attributed to mobile telephony, can be summarized under the collective term “electromagnetic sensitivity”.

Unknown health risks (impacts)

The effect of non-ionising radiation on humans depends on the intensity and frequency of the radiation.

Very intensive low-frequency radiation can trigger nerve impulses and involuntary muscle contractions, while intensive high-frequency radiation can cause tissue warming. Internationally applicable limit values provide protection against levels of exposure that trigger such effects.

Various studies present evidence of biological effects, however, including in the case of weak radiation exposure below these limit values. For example, weak high-frequency radiation can alter electric brain activity and influence brain metabolism and blood flow. Whether these effects have an impact on health is still unclear.

According to the studies carried out up to now, short- to medium-term health impacts should not be expected from exposure to weak non-ionising radiation. There is no definitive answer, however, concerning the impacts of long-term exposure. For example, it is suspected that weak low-frequency radiation increases the risk of leukaemia in children. The World Health Organisation (WHO) has classified both low-frequency and high-frequency radiation as possibly carcinogenic to humans.

In addition, some people firmly believe that they suffer from impaired well-being and health impacts due to very weak radiation. Ways of helping so-called electrosensitive persons are only beginning to emerge.

Nearby mobile radio antennas or high-voltage lines can also reduce the value of properties because their radiation is perceived as a risk.
